TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I understand that the National Churches Trust respects my privacy and will not sell my personal data to any third parties.
I understand that information relating to my donation may be passed to carefully selected third parties for processing purposes only, and I will receive information from the National Churches Trust and associated local Churches Trust organisations, relating to the administration of my donations, events, services and fundraising. I have read, understood and agree to the National Churches Trust Privacy Policy.
The National Churches Trust is committed to controlling costs to ensure that we maximise our income to support our charitable purpose and as such would ask you to agree that where ever practical our preferred method of communication will be email.

Our promise to you
As a registered charity, we rely on donations and subscriptions for the majority of our income. While we do not normally refund donations or subscription payments, if an error has been made or you are not satisfied with the service The National Churches Trust has given, please contact us within 28 days and we will arrange for a refund to be made to you

Introduction
1. nationalchurchestrust.org.uk (the “Website”) is operated by The National Churches Trust a charity registered in England and Wales (Reg. No. 1119845).
2. By accessing the Website you agree to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions governing use of the Website. The National Churches Trust may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly. You will be deemed to have accepted any amended Terms and Conditions if you continue to make use of the Website after a change to the Terms and Conditions has been made.
3. These Terms and Conditions may from time to time be supplemented by additional Terms and Conditions and these will be shown on relevant application forms or as part of any registration process included on the Website.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents, brand, business name and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the Website and all content (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, applications and information) on the site belong to The National Churches Trust or its licensors (which includes other users), or appear with the permission of others who own the intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, re-publish, adapt to create a derived work, exploit, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the Website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use unless you have the written consent of The National Churches Trust (save where the provisions of paragraph 3 below apply). 3. Other owners and/ or operators of websites may not link to the Website for commercial purposes without the written consent of The National Churches Trust. Links may be established for non-commercial purposes but that link must not open the Website within a frame of another website.
Passwords
1. Certain parts of the Website may only be accessed using a password. The National Churches Trust may issue you with a password, but is under no obligation to do so and reserves the right to refuse to issue you with a password without reason. In the event that you are provided with a password to make use of any part of the Website, you must keep that password confidential and not allow it to be used by any other party.

1. Certain pages of the Website may contain advertising. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with all applicable laws, codes and regulations. 2. The majority of content posted in the section In Your Area is created by members of the general public. The views expressed are theirs and unless specifically stated are not those of The National Churches Trust.

By making use of the Website, you agree to indemnify The National Churches Trust and any of its trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages and costs incurred or suffered and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened arising from your use of or conduct on the Website and/ or a breach of the Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.
Termination of Access to the Website
1. The National Churches Trust may terminate the provision of the Website or restrict your access to all or any part of the Website if any event beyond its reasonable control prevents The National Churches Trust from continuing to provide the Website.
2. The National Churches Trust retains the absolute right with or without notice to prevent you accessing the Website in part or its entirety where at the sole discretion of The National Churches Trust it is considered that you are contravening or have breached the Terms and Conditions of use of this Website.
Non-enforcement of the Rights of the NCT
1. In the event that The National Churches Trust does not exercise or enforce any right in these Terms and Conditions, this does not waive The National Churches Trust's right to enforce that right at a later date or on another occasion.
Validity of these Terms and Conditions

If any of the Terms and Conditions for the use of the Website are determined to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that Term and Condition is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be binding and enforceable.
Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

1. The National Churches Trust will only make use of any personal information collected during your use of the Website in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and The National Churches Trust Privacy Policy.
