The ancient church was built nearly one thousand years ago and, together with its historic graveyards, provides a unique home for the key moments and memories of our town.

St James is a glorious Victorian parish church, rich in original stained glass, monuments and fittings, and home to a lively and active community.

A peaceful place for busy lives. Padfield Congregational Chapel in the centre of Padfield village is a much loved community focal point.

St Mirins church was founded in 1808: the current newer and bigger building was opened in 1932.

The church nave was built in 1833 and the chancel added in 1885, locally only Paisley Abbey is older.

St Mary's was built by one Walter in 1100 AD.

This Victorian neo Gothic church was originally built as the parish church for the village and was donated to the Catholic church by Viscount Feilding and his wife in 1850 when they converted to Catholicism.
