Find a church

All Saints is a small pilgrim church, very near the Glamorgan Heritage Coastal Path and also other popular walking by-ways.

This little church was declared redundant in 1983, but was saved from secular use by the Romney Marsh Historic Churches Trust, which now maintains it.

Holy Trinity is listed Grade I ‘as a largely complete early medieval church which has retained its character and has a number of important features’.

A place of continuous worship since the early half of the 13th century.

Built in 1090 Iford church is a precious survival from just after the Norman Conquest.

A Norman church built on the site replacing a Saxon church and retaining some of the Saxon features.

Tiny and remote, the whitewashed church at Chalbury dates back as far as the 12th century but contains a full 18th century set of perfectly preserved furnishings, including three decker pulpit, squire's pew and box pews.

Like so many Romney Marsh churches this one seems far bigger than any population at any time could have justified, but in medieval times this was a rich and very busy landscape, filled with people who needed a place to worship.

St Andrew's church, situated on the west side of the village of Glanton, was built in 1783 and was originally a Presbyterian church and is now the only church in the village.

All Saints is situated in the secluded residential area of St Leonard's & St Ives, close to the attractive market town of Ringwood.

Welcome to Chapel on the Hill Sedlescombe. The church was built in 1879 by the men of the village who used to meet on the village green.
