An inclusive and architecturally significant church.

The church is notable for its collection of seven rare WWI wooden battlefield crosses, gifted to the families when replaced by permanent stone memorials.

It may come as a surprise to you that St Mary's is only about 150 years old.

St Mary's was built by one Walter in 1100 AD.

St Peulan is medieval in origin, and stands in isolation at the end of its raised, grassed, causeway, which turns off the road signposted to Dolbaen.

Built in 1762-3 by J Warner of Caistor using medieval masonry, externally it is plain, pedestrian, but very pleasant.

St Peter's Morley was built in 1830 and was one of the million churches' provided after the Battle of Waterloo by a special Parliamentary fund.

The Grade II* listed Fairhaven United Reformed Church (The White Church) is probably the most unusual and iconic church in the Fylde yet many people tell us that they know hardly anything about the church or that they pass by regularly but haven’t ever been inside.

The current church was built by ED Rainey of Spilsby in 1838 and replaced an earlier church which had become derelict.

An attractive late Victorian, sandstone church with a beautiful early 18th century churchyard.

Occupying a prominent position at the crossroads to the town, one cannot fail to be impressed with St James church, with its memorial to the explorer Sir John Franklin, who was born in the town.
