The church contains several interesting memorials to the Alington family, of nearby Swinhope Hall, who for many generations have been associated with the parish.

A Victorian grade II listed building built in 1842; with pews, decorative ceiling rose and organ with pump handle.

St Clement's is the most distinctive of all the Burnham churches with its large, square, Norman tower and chancel and nave at either side.
