Limekilns church is situated in the centre of a historic Scottish seaside village and former busy port.

Regarded as being amongst the most notable post war churches in the UK.

The church nave was built in 1833 and the chancel added in 1885, locally only Paisley Abbey is older.

The village church of St Winwaloe is said to be one of the oldest in Cornwall and is mentioned in the Domesday Book.

This beautiful little church, one of Falkirk's outstanding buildings, was designed in 1864 by Sir Rowand Anderson at the start of his illustrious career and was judged by the architectural historian, Richard Jacques, to be one of Sir Robert's first works and one of his best.

Marazion church, across the bay from St Michael’s Mount, is perhaps best renowned for the hymn writer Henry Francis Lyte (1793-1847) who wrote ‘Praise my soul, the king of heaven’ and ‘Abide with me’.

Built in 1895 this chapel is a fine example of provincial, gothic style with fine stained glass windows throughout.

The oldest Quaker Meeting House in Cornwall built in 1688, overlooking St Michael's Mount, Mount's Bay.

The abbey is a spectacular sight, perched on a rocky hill and surrounded by blue waters, at low tide, the Mount is approached by a historic stone causeway, used by pilgrims in the Middle Ages.

A church that in splendid isolation in a coastal setting, it can be seen for miles in every direction, with a fascinating mediaeval history, including a mysterious legend.

Kirkcaldy Old Kirk is the oldest building in continuous use in town and today is a non-denominational Christian building.
