Canterbury, Kent
All Saints is a Grade II listed building built in 1844. Originally named The Garrison Church of St Albans, it served military regiments stationed at the Canterbury barracks until it was decommissioned in 1972. The building went through extensive refurbishment and was reconsecrated as All Saints on All Saints Day in 1976. The congregation from the nearby St Gregory’s moved to All Saints, and St Gregory’s was sold to Canterbury Christ Church University.
We aim to be the focus for an inclusive Christian intergenerational family that worships God joyfully each day of our lives, while serving God in our community. As a church we work to remove any barriers that might stop people coming to church, we really do try and welcome everyone.
