All Saints
Sutton, Bedfordshire
Eyeworth, Bedfordshire
A delightful little church serving some 90 souls and dates mainly from C14 and C15. The spire and upper stages of the tower were removed following a lightning strike in the last century. The chancel has some splendid monuments to the Anderson family. There are surviving fragments of mediaeval glass and some roof timbers are early work. There is a C15 font to the south aisle.
The grant will help fund a project focused on the nave roof .
