Our Church warmly welcomes you to meet with God and share in worship and fellowship with us.

With its cathedral like in proportions and presence, St Cuthbert's epitomises late 12th to early 13th century Early English style, with extensive use of wall arcading to frame both internal and external windows.

The church dates back to 1130, it also has connections with Lewis Carroll.

Enjoy a gentle walk from the courtyard to discover this simple but beautiful 14th century church, built in the Decorated style.

Durham Castle has two chapels. The Norman Chapel is older than the cathedral. with unusual carvings.
