A Catholic Church whose most famous priest, Father Thomas Byles, perished while ministering to those in need on the RMS Titanic and preached of the need for a spiritual lifeboat in troubled times.

This parish church is the oldest Norman church in London still in weekly use. It stands in solemn grandeur in a 9 acre churchyard, now managed as a nature reserve.

Historic St Thomas's church and fossil tree is in Stanhope, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Built on a prominent hillside at the heart of the village that was created at the same time, St Mary's was designed, built and given to the parish by the eminent Victorian architect, George Edmund Street, in memory of his second wife. It was consecrated in 1879.

This beautifully cared for church was largely rebuilt in 1566, and then remained virtually unchanged until the Georgian period.

Dorking URC was founded in 1662 by two clergymen who had been ejected from the Church of England because they refused to subscribe to the Act of Uniformity.

Designed by Arthur Ashpital, work began in 1852 and the church was completed in 1853.

The meeting house was designed by Trevor Dannatt, who was awarded an OBE in the 2016 New Year Honours.
