Welcome to our beautiful and ancient church serving the villages of Sutton, Lound and Barnby Moor.

There are strong echoes of the famous octagon of nearby Ely Cathedral in the silhouette of St Andrew's, proudly set on its ridge and visible for miles across the Fens.

A simple village church with details surviving from every century.

Trinity Church, as it is known locally, is a Grade 2 listed building, built in 1907 in the Gothic style and is a striking edifice in the centre of Sutton.

There has been a settlement in Sutton Valence since at least Roman times, and a church is recorded in the Domesday Book.

This is one of the best Victorian churches in Wiltshire built by Pearson in 1866 to 68.

St Nicholas is beautiful in its simplicity, letting in plenty of natural light, with a clear window behind the altar which looks out on the surrounding farmland.
