St Mary the Virgin
Bishops Frome, Herefordshire
St Mary’s church building is striking, it has a square tower with a peal of six bells and dates back to the 12th century.
Fromes Hill is a small village within the parish of Bishops Frome and lies on the A4103 equidistance between the cities of Hereford and Worcester.
St Matthew's was completed circa 1875 as a Chapel of Ease and officially became a parish church in 2018. The building has remained exactly as it was built, electricity and three small stained glass windows in the chancel being the only significant additions.
