All Saints is a Grade II listed building. This small church stands on a village green without a churchyard. It was the Chapel of Ease for Weston by Welland. The church dates from the 12th century. It was restored in 1861 to 1867. It is a two cell church of nave and chancel only built in ironstone. The nave is 5.1m wide and the chancel 3.62m wide. Walls are painted. The roofs are Collyweston slate. There is small 13th century double bellcote at west apex.

There are two bells: One cast by John Taylor and Co 1923 This replaced an earlier bell by Thomas Eayre of Kettering dated 1718. The other was cast by John Taylor Bellfounders in November 1999 and installed for the millennium, with funds raised in the village.

The chancel arch sits on 12th century columns with carvings on them; to the south having a cat’s or lion’s face and that to the north appears to have two snarling dogs. The arch was rebuilt in 1861. All the interior fittings are 19th century. The font in the central aisle, is in painted stone. The floor is of red and black small tiles to nave, that to chancel and sanctuary red and black with some encaustic tiles. The altar is 19th century with reredos and wainscoting, possibly early 20th century. The reredos has three panels in oak with the two outer panels each having a gold kneeling angel on a gold background.

The east window of stained glass showing crucifixion central, Mary left and John right. Below is 'In affectionate memory of the Revd Samuel Danby BD for 22½ years Vicar of this parish who died November 11th 1885 aged 67 years'. South nave 2 light window is possibly by Kempe, the left light shows Anna with words 'Who served God night and day'. The right light shows Simeon with the Christ child and scroll 'Lord now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace'.
