From the High Street go down High Church Wynd or Low Church Wynd by foot and you will see the church from the end. There is 1 hour free parking on West Street itself or paid parking in the long stay carpark near the church.
Yarm parish church stands beside the River Tees on the old road through the town. The church tower is Norman, and the 18th century interior was modified by the Victorians. The stained glass windows are much admired and especially the Moses window made by William Peckitt in 1763.
