The 13th century St Just in Roseland church is set in gorgeous tranquil subtropical gardens on a tidal creek off the Carrick Roads in Cornwall.

This has been a place of worship for centuries, the first church was founded here in 550 AD, overseen by Celtic monks for 500 years, before the present church was consecrated in 1261.

The medieval stories of Jesus travelling to Britain with Joseph of Arimathea even say that they came ashore here.
