St Peter

The church of St Nicholas, Perivale has stood on the same site since the original building was built in 1963.

After congregation numbers began to fall and with little funds available for maintenance the church became unsafe for people to visit. Finally after 15 years the London Borough of Ealing approved designs for a new church building.
This innovative design is glass fronted, with floor to ceiling windows. To the front of the building is a sweeping curved roof which draws your eye to the building’s main entrance. An extension of the stair tower acts as a landmark steeple complete with a large glazed and illuminated cross.
