Although largely stone built, St Mary's is entered through a charming early 18th century brick porch, with a large blue and gold sundial.

Inside, the church has a 15th century barrel roof and screen, above which is a plaster tympanum on which are painted the Creed, the Ten Commandments and the Lord's Prayer.
The pulpit is Jacobean.
