St Michael's has a Norman tower crowned with a later broach spire that is a prominent landmark and much of the rest of the church is from the 13th century with the medieval glass the finest stained glass in Herefordshire, and among the best in Britain.
Eaton Bishop, Herefordshire
It is for its glass that the church is famous. It was probably made in the 1330s and is in the east window of the chancel and the adjoining north and south windows.
The figures depicted in the east window are the Madonna and Child, St Michael, a bishop, the Archangel Gabriel and the head of Christ.
