Our small Victorian, village church has a pleasant ambiance, set within natural surrounds that are registered as a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC).
Colden Common, Hampshire
Our village church is generally open 7 days a week, and welcomes residents and visitors alike for worship, celebrations, commemorations, concerts, graveside visits and quiet contemplation.
The site has served the community since 1843 & houses the parish war memorial. Our churchyard, that includes many trees, wild primroses, bluebells and rare wild English daffodils during Springtime, and common English orchids, butterflies, moths and insects in June. Song birds, raptors and deer are regular visitors.
The church is on the main B3354 road at Colden Common and is often used as a focal point for those travelling to and from the nearby Marwell Zoo and hotel. The church car park is just across the road from the church and can be used by anyone visiting the church and its grounds.
