St Faith
Maidstone, Kent
Hidden away on Week Street this church is much more than appears from the street.
Maidstone, Kent
The building dates from 1864 and has served as a Forces canteen in the Second World War and Edith Cavell was awarded the Maidstone Medal here for her part in the Maidstone Typoid outbreak.
As well as worship services in the Sanctuary there are two halls and several meeting rooms which host various community events. We hold an Afternoon Club for the Elderly on Tuesdays, coffee morning and Line Dancing on Wednesdays, Toybox a parent and toddler group on Thursdays, and a vibrant Friday Market.
