Built between 1902 and 1908, as Roundhay Congregational Church the Grade II listed buildings at St Andrew’s provide a fascinating insight both into the history of Congregationalism and the development of church architecture at the start of the 20th century.

A small former 19th century schoolroom turned into a light and welcoming quiet space!

A handsome Victorian church with beautiful stained glass windows, superb stone carvings and a fine altar with a gold mosaic.

Remains from the church’s early life and history can be seen just inside the church, there are fragments from a Saxon cross, an ancient gravestone with scissor markings, as well as remains from a Norman arch and some ancient stained glass from the medieval church.
