A double nave medieval church with beautiful views across the Vale of Clwyd, is it any wonder that William Wordsworth visited regularly and stayed next door?

To sit inside there is a calming simplicity to the church, a great place to sit and gain inspiration for your poetry or just meditate quietly and let the stresses of the world lift from you shoulders.

For the inquisitive there are some interesting features such as the statue of the pelican feeding her children, do you know the story of how this was adopted as a Christian symbol? Or the 18th century Plas Drew pews, imagine the lords and ladies in their finery, with a curtained section behind for where their servants sat.
