Clifton, Nottinghamshire
It was consecrated on 17th May 1957. The foundation stone was laid by a blacksmith and a bricklayer. The architect was Vernon Royle, who also designed the stone font.
There are various interesting features inside; a real sword made by the Wilkinson Sword Company adorns the front of the lectern, the altar is a wooden table made at Portland Training College and in the side chapel are four paintings, possibly 17th century, relating to the Crucifixion. The building is now in a poor state of repair and likely to be demolished. The congregation transferred to Holy Trinity.
