St Deiniol
Penarlâg, Flintshire
Mae eglwys wedi’i chysegru i Sant Deiniol wedi sefyll ar y safle hwn ers y chweched ganrif. Mae’r gynulleidfa’n ymfalchïo yn y cysylltiad rhwng yr eglwys a theulu y Prif Weinidog Fictoraidd, William Ewart Gladstone.
St Brandon's is stunning: it's over 900 years old but recently and beautifully restored after a fire in 1998.
Brancepeth, County Durham
St Brandon's combines the best of an ancient church building with an elegant modern reordering, including all the facilities that go along with that. There has been a church here since Saxon times. while most of the present building dates from 1075. Within the church there is also the most important collection of medieval cross slabs (carved stones formerly used to cover graves) in northern England. The setting of the church, alongside the impressive Brancepeth Castle, is perfect.
The church was reordered in 1998, after a major fire; the exterior of the building was preserved and repaired and a new, light, serene interior was created. There is a millennium of history to explore here, in a lovely location. When you come, enjoy the simple beauty of this place, with its blend of ancient and modern elegance; while appreciating the fine new work inside the church, make sure you see the brand new stone carved corbels on the church ceiling and the story of the journey of faith that they tell; most of all, we hope that, along with many others, you'll find this place to be an oasis of calm, with a unique atmosphere.

Yr Orsedd, Clwyd
Adeiladwyd yr eglwys gyntaf ar y safle hwn yn 1841, ond fe’i difrodwyd yn ddifrifol gan dân. Yn ôl yr hanes, ym mis Mai 1891, cynhaliodd y Ficer ‘briodas yn yr adfeilion’.
Llandrillo yn Rhos, Clwyd
